Digital Asset Withdrawal on the Telcoin App

Please be reminded that the Telcoin app only supports the Polygon network. 

How to withdraw digital asset on the Telcoin App?

Step 1: Tap on the "+" sign at the center of the Telcoin app and choose "WITHDRAW".

 

Step 2: Tap on "Select Digital Asset" to choose which token you intend to withdraw and tap on "Add Polygon Address". Place your Polygon address and fill out the "Wallet Address Name" that serves as a label. Below example is a withdrawal to the Kucoin wallet.

 

Step 3: Input under "Amount" how much you are going to withdraw and choose the label you created under Step 2. Tap on "Proceed to Confirmation". You will then be asked for additional information. Please tap on "continue".

 

Step 4: This is pertaining to the details where you are moving your funds.

 

Step 5: You will be asked to enter your PIN/Security Code.

 

Step 6: Track your deposit using the Polygonscan network.

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
  1. Telcoin uses the Polygon Network and only supports Polygon wallets. 
  2. For additional information under Step 4, please ensure to choose the correct "destination type". Example: Kucoin - Centralized Provider (Exchange); MetamasK (Self-Hosted Wallet). If you are unsure which one to choose, please reach out to the Telcoin Support Desk.
