How to withdraw assets using your debit card on the Telcoin app?

Step 1: Navigate to the homepage on the Telcoin Application and press the plus sign (Transactions) at the bottom center of the screen. From here, press on Withdraw, choose the Debit Card option and place the amount of the USDC you intended to withdraw. Once the desired amount of USDC is inputted, press Proceed to Confirmation

Step 2: Confirm Withdrawal

The confirm withdrawal page shows the amount of your withdraw, withdraw fees and the total amount that will be credited to your Debit Card. This is NOT the final page for Withdrawals.

If you agree to the rate structure, please tap Confirm and Withdraw to proceed. This will direct you to our partner Transak's confirmation page. Please note that, if this is your first withdraw/deposit, you will be prompted to KYC at this point. 

Step 3: Transak Withdraw to Bank Account

This page is for you to confirm the amount you wish to withdraw including fees through our partner Transak. If the information is accurate, click Sell Now to continue on to the verification page. 

Step 4: Verify Your Email

A verification code will be sent to your email that is attached to your account. Enter the verification code into the field provided and Check Box that you agree with Transak's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Click "Continue". 

Step 5: Choose a Card

You may Add a new Visa Debit Card or choose a card previously attached to your account. 

Please note that only VISA debit cards are supported for withdrawals
