Approval Failed

We understand that sometimes things don't go as smoothly as planned, and you might encounter an "Approval Failed" error when placing a trade on the Telcoin app, especially if you've entered an incorrect Security Code. Don't worry; we're here to help you resolve this issue and get back on track.

Here's What to Do:

  1. Visit Our Support Page: To initiate the Security Code reset and resolve the "Approval Failed" error, please visit our Support Page.

  2. Create a Support Desk Ticket: Once you're on the Support Page, create a support desk ticket detailing the issue you're facing. Our support team will promptly review your request and guide you through the necessary steps.

As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security, we might need to request additional documents as part of our Enhanced Due Diligence process. This step ensures the security of your account and transactions.

Insufficient Funds

You may be experience this issue because you do not have enough funds in your account to make the trade that you have requested. First ensure that you have selected the correct token that you wish to trade, and that you hold enough of the token in order to make the trade that you have requested. If you do not have the appropriate amount of said token, you may need to make the trade with a different token in your portfolio, or deposit more funds into your wallet to make the trade.

If you believe that you are getting this error code by mistake, and that you do indeed have enough funds to make the trade, then please reach out to our support team using the Support Form.
