Visit Our Support Page: To initiate the Security Code reset and resolve the "Approval Failed" error, please visit our Support Page.

Create a Support Desk Ticket: Once you're on the Support Page, create a support desk ticket detailing the issue you're facing. Our support team will promptly review your request and guide you through the necessary steps.
As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security, we might need to request additional documents as part of our Enhanced Due Diligence process. This step ensures the security of your account and transactions.
You may be experience this issue because you do not have enough funds in your account to make the trade that you have requested. First ensure that you have selected the correct token that you wish to trade, and that you hold enough of the token in order to make the trade that you have requested. If you do not have the appropriate amount of said token, you may need to make the trade with a different token in your portfolio, or deposit more funds into your wallet to make the trade.
